Not happy about Saturday care.
I had a urine infection and was not allowed to see a doctor, therefore ended up at A and E for a 2 hour wait! I only needed a prescription!

The service is exceptional. I've had to call at the last minute on reception have been extremely helpful in accomodating my needs. They are very friendly whilst remaining professional. Well done!
